Our Manufacturing Process

At Hydressence®, our manufacturing philosophy blends robotics, precision craftsmanship, and innovative design within a state-of-the-art facility based in Germany. From the moment each spa shell is formed, we rely on robotic fibreglass spraying systems to ensure consistent thickness, strength, and integrity throughout the structure. This level of automation eliminates inconsistencies often found in manual application and delivers unmatched durability. Once formed, each spa shell is passed through a clean, dust-controlled environment where it undergoes CNC-guided trimming, shaping, and detailing, ensuring a flawless fit and finish. Nozzles and jet fittings are drilled using vision-guided robotics, which allow for exact positioning of components with zero tolerance for misalignment. Every spa is then fitted with high-performance insulation
using automated placement systems that maximise thermal retention, energy efficiency, and year-round usability in outdoor climates. Our dedicated smart systems team integrates and tests all intelligent features — including Wi-Fi modules, LED lighting zones, and touchscreen controls — within the same production environment. Before leaving the factory, each unit undergoes full water-fill testing, circulation analysis, and performance calibration, using advanced diagnostic tools to simulate real-world usage. From the raw shell to the final smart-enabled system, we control every stage of production entirely inhouse. This start-to-finish ownership allows us to maintain exacting quality and consistency — and makes Hydressence® the only spa company in the UK offering this level of fully integrated, robotic manufacturing
