1. DEFINITIONS

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to Hydressence®. “You” and “your” refer to the purchaser of any Hydressence® product.

2. PRODUCT ORDERS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product specifications or discontinue items without notice.
Product descriptions and prices are accurate at time of publication.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required prior to delivery. Deposits are non-refundable due to associated restocking and re-advertising costs. Bespoke orders must be paid for in full before production commences.

4. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

5. WARRANTY

All products are CE and UKCA compliant and come with a manufacturer-backed warranty. Full details are available in the Hydressence® Warranty Booklet. Warranty is valid only when servicing is carried out by Hydressence® and recorded in the official Service Log.

6. SERVICING & MAINTENANCE

Customers are responsible for arranging annual servicing through Hydressence®. Third-party maintenance will void warranty coverage.

7. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The spa must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All packaging, accessories, and documentation must be intact
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Collection and return transport costs may apply
  • Custom or special-order units may be exempt from cancellation

8. LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, delivery access issues, or other external factors beyond our control. These do not affect your statutory rights.

9. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

All Hydressence® products are manufactured in compliance with CE and UKCA certification standards.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order with Hydressence®, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

12. SITE ACCESS & RISK NOTICE

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery and installation. Hydressence® is not liable for structural alterations or access-related complications. All risk remains with the customer unless agreed in writing.

13. DAMAGE LIABILITY DURING INSTALLATION

Hydressence® is not liable for minor cosmetic damage to paths, lawns, or driveways caused during delivery or installation. Any additional works must be arranged by the customer.

14. ELECTRICAL & GROUNDWORK REQUIREMENTS

Customers must ensure all electrical and base works are completed before delivery. We do not carry out electrical installations or supply cabling. All spas are plug-and-play and require a qualified electrician for 32-amp connections.

15. STORAGE FEES & DELIVERY RESCHEDULING

If delivery is delayed by the customer, a storage fee of £49 per week applies. Missing the agreed delivery forfeits the original slot; new delivery will be rescheduled at our discretion. Once rescheduled, the item will no longer be held in storage and must be accepted on the confirmed date.

16. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Hydressence®, every order is prepared with care and delivered to your property with white-glove service.

17. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

18. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • In-Stock Items:
    Delivery will be scheduled and completed within 14 days of your order.
  • Bespoke or Non-Stock Items:
    Delivery will be arranged once the item is back in stock.
    We will provide updates and estimated lead times throughout.

19. DELIVERY AREAS

We offer delivery across:

  • UK Mainland
  • Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Remote & rural postcodes

20. DEVIVERY & INSTALLATION COSTS

  • Complimentary Delivery & Installation is included with every Hydressence® spa order.
  • Charges may apply for accessories or standalone items — shown at checkout.

21. TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

Once your delivery is booked, you’ll receive:

  • Confirmation of delivery date and time
  • Assigned Hydressence® delivery team details
  • Optional tracking updates (where available)

22. EXPRESS OPTIONS

Express delivery or special arrangements may be available on request. Please contact us directly for a tailored quote.

23. GIFT VOUCHERS

Hydressence®️ Gift Vouchers are valid exclusively for purchases made directly on the Hydressence®️ website. They may be transferred to another person, have no expiry date, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no alternative vouchers will be issued.
