Note: Warranty coverage begins from the date of installation and may vary slightly by model.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your spa has a warranty-covered issue:

Please include:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Date of installation
  • Photos or a description of the issue

To Keep Your Warranty Valid

  • Annual servicing is mandatory and must be carried out by Hydressence® service engineers only
  • Spa relocations must be completed by Hydressence® - moving the spa yourself will void the warranty
  • Booking annual services is the client's responsibility
  • Proper water care and chemical balance must be maintained
  • Service & Maintenance Record must be completed and kept for all warranty claims
